Loyalty cards are issued at each Ovocný Světozor branch.

The operator of the loyalty program Ovocný Světozor is the company Hájek a Boušová, spol. s r. o., company No. 45316872, with its registered office at Vodičkova 791/39, 110 00 Prague 1, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague in Section C, Insert 7588 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
2. The Company reserves the right to change and modify the rules of the Ovocný Světozor Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) and the amount and form of all bonus points related to it at any time.
3. Only holders of a loyalty card are entitled to draw the benefits of the Ovocný Světozor loyalty program. Every natural person who applies for a card and agrees with the Rules becomes the holder of the Ovocný Světozor loyalty card. Employees of Hájek and Boušová, spol. s r. o. and their family members may not participate in the loyalty program.
4. Issuance of a loyalty card:
The loyalty card will be issued to the customer by the staff of any Ovocný Světozor facility listed below. Issuance of a loyalty card is free. In the event of loss, theft or mechanical damage to the loyalty card, the issuance of a new card and the transfer of the balance of points is subject to a charge of CZK 25. This amount will be automatically deducted from the points account. The application for the issuance of a duplicate loyalty card must be sent by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The loyalty card must be used for purchase at least once every 24 months. Otherwise, the card, including points, expires.
5. Loyalty card registration:
The online registration form is located at www.ovocnysvetozor.cz in the Loyalty Program section.
To register, you need a cash receipt from the purchase, which was made using your loyalty card.
After registration, an activation email will arrive at the registered email address. The registration is completed by clicking on the activation link in the email.
Benefits of online registration:

in case of loss, the possibility of blocking the card, saving the balance and transferring all points to a new card

possibility to monitor the balance of the point account and the history of transactions
The loyalty card can be used immediately by the holder (the card is immediately active at the first purchase) for purchases in the following Ovocný Světozor locations:

6. For each purchase in one of the above-mentioned Ovocný Světozor shops, upon presentation of the loyalty card, the staff of Ovocný Světozor will electronically upload the bonus on the loyalty card. This bonus is uploaded in Czech crowns in the amount of at least 8% of the purchase price.
The bonus can be obtained for the purchase of any product sold in Ovocný Světozor.
For technical reasons, loyalty points cannot be uploaded when using delivery service.
7. The customer is entitled to receive the bonus when paying in all forms – payment card, cash, meal vouchers, gift voucher.
8. The loyalty card must be physically with you when purchasing. The transferred card in electronic form (application, etc.) will not be accepted and the points cannot be uploaded.
9. The earned bonus points can be used by the loyalty card holder when paying for Ovocný Světozor products in any Ovocný Světozor outlet listed in point 5 of these Terms & Conditions. It is not possible to get cash for bonus points. Loyalty points can be used to pay for the entire purchase, not just part of it.
10. When paying with bonus points, the number of points corresponding to the value of the purchase is electronically deducted from the loyalty card. When paying with accumulated bonus points, you are not getting any bonus pointson the loyalty card for that purchase.
11. When claiming a discount on a purchase (eg. using a discount card or a discount offer), the bonus points are not uploaded.
12. The current balance of bonus points will be communicated to the loyalty card holder upon request by the staff of any Ovocný Světozor outlet listed in point 5 of these Terms & Conditions.
13. In the event of a technical failure of the payment terminal or cash register system, the Company is not responsible for the malfunction of the system or for the delay in loading bonus points. The loyalty card holder has no legal right to claim bonus points.
14. The validity of the loyalty card as well as the bonus points is 24 months from the last use of the loyalty card. After this period, the loyalty card is deactivated and deleted and bonus points can no longer be used or transferred to another card.
15. The loyalty card holder is obliged to report the loss or theft of the loyalty card to the Company without delay at the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The operator will ensure the deactivation of the lost or stolen card and the transfer of bonuses to a new loyalty card.
16. By checking the box "I agree with the personal data processing" during registration, you grant voluntary consent to Hájek a Boušová, spol. s r. o., company No. 45316872, with its registered office at Vodičkova 791/39, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague, with an address for delivery Plzeňská 1234/279, 150 00 Prague 5, entered in the Commercial Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 7588 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) to process the following personal data in accordance with generally binding legal regulations governing the protection of personal data: name and surname, e-mail address (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”).
If the administrator obtains explicit and revocable consent, he is entitled to process the personal data of the loyalty program members for the following purposes:
recording users' purchases and then uploading points on their loyalty card; offering bonuses and loyalty discounts; identification of the loyalty card holder in case of its loss.
This data will be processed by the Administrator for the period of active use of the loyalty program (account and cardis deactivated after 24 months of inactivity, valid from 1. 6. 2018).

17. The operator reserves the right not to credit loyalty points to the account or to deduct them from the account if:

were obtained in breach of these rules

were obtained in violation of good morals (especially if they are not covered by the purchase, or in case of misuse of the points account by a person other than the one registered)

were obtained by mistake, technical error of the system or for a canceled purchase
-
the cardholder has abused the mechanism and benefits of the program (mainly by earning points for another customer's transactions)
-
the operator has provided the registered customer with another advantage in connection with the completed transaction

for other serious reasons
