Yes, in this case, please place your order by phone at the selected branch and payment in cash will be made when you pick up your order. Certain products (e.g., MAXI size cakes, platters, mini desserts and canapés) must be paid for in advance. You can only pay cash when ordering them in person at the pastry shop.

Yes, please email us at info@ovocnysvetozor.cz with your full order and billing details. The order must be placed in advance so that the invoice is paid before production of the order begins (ideally one week in advance).

Unfortunately it is not possible to pay for an online order with a gift card. We are working on making this an option in the future.

If it is a receipt from an online order, please email the order number to info@ovocnysvetozor.cz and we will send you an electronic tax receipt.

If the purchase was made in-store (without an online order), we can provide a receipt if the purchase was charged to a loyalty card - and is therefore traceable in our system.

Orders can be cancelled by email up to 48 hours before the pick-up time at: info@ovocnysvetozor.cz. Please also provide the bank account number to which you wish to receive a refund.

The availability of individual products varies depending on the complexity of production or availability of raw materials.

For each product in the e-shop, the date from which the product can be picked up / delivered is indicated and this date applies to orders placed today.

For example - today is Wednesday and your selected cake is not available until Friday. If you postpone your order until tomorrow, the cake will be ready for pickup on Saturday at the earliest.

If the products are not available on your requested date, please contact the selected pastry shop directly by phone. The manager will then discuss with you whether your requested product can be picked up earlier than the specified time. If possible, we try to accommodate the customer.

Yes, if you are registered in the loyalty program, and you provide the same email address in your order as you have registered in the loyalty program.

8% of the value of each purchase is credited to your loyalty card.

Points do not accrue on discounted products (e.g., 20% off an hour before closing time) and on gift/loaded card purchases (in which case points are only accrued when the gift/loaded card is used for the purchase).

You can request the card at any of our pastry shops. The card is available in plastic or electronic format. As soon as you receive your card, load it with your purchase and keep the receipt. You will need it to register your card. This applies to both the plastic and electronic versions of the card.

The loyalty card and points are valid for 24 months from the date of the last purchase. Each subsequent purchase automatically extends the validity of the card and points for a further 24 months.

If no further purchases are made within 24 months, the card and points are automatically voided by the system and cannot be renewed and used.

It is not necessary to register the card, it is active and functional from the moment it is issued by the staff. However, if you lose an unregistered card, it cannot be located in the system and your points cannot be transferred to a new card. Registration is therefore recommended.

To register, you will need a receipt for a purchase that has been loaded onto your loyalty card. If you do not have such a receipt, please postpone registration until later. The card is already active and functional before registration and points can be earned and used.

We prepare most of our cakes in the following sizes:

Mini (15 cm diameter / 4 portions),

Large (21 cm diameter / 8 portions),

Maxi (31 cm diameter / 16 portions).

Cakes that we make in different sizes are marked in the e-shop with the icon "Choose a variant".

Yes, texts (such as name and age) are written by the pastry chefs on chocolate plates which are then placed on the cake. The chocolate plate is included with the cake, you only have to request the inscription when you collect the cake. If you order the cake online, please write your request in the "Notes and special requests" section. The maximum number of characters including spaces is 14, more will not fit on the plate.

Cakes, delis and confectionery are intended to be consumed on the day of purchase. Packaged products have an expiry date on the packaging.

Yes, this is possible provided the cake is transported in a thermo (or cooling) box to ensure a temperature of 6-8 degrees Celsius during transport.

Empty dessert glasses can be returned to any of our shops. If you are registered in our loyalty program, we will credit 2 points to your loyalty card for each returned glass.

You can buy gift vouchers with a minimum value of CZK 200 in all our pastry shops. These cards are valid indefinitely. You do not have to use the entire amount at once, you can use it as you like. The cards can be used in all Ovocný světozor pastry shops and can be recharged repeatedly. They can also be purchased in our e-shop, but only in predefined values. You can choose the amount you want to add to the card in person at the store (but at least CZK 200). We put the card in a gift wrap so that you can give it away as a present immediately.

Yes, it is possible. Wholesale customers can get a 20% discount on our products (not applicable to Coca Cola products and other products that we do not produce, but only buy), if they reach a turnover of 15,000 CZK/month including VAT.

To start working with us, you need to send an inquiry to info@ovocnysvetozor.cz with contact details and information on where you'd like to pick up orders. You will then receive a discount card, which you can pick up at the shop when you place your first order.

Orders are then placed by phone - directly to the store you wish to pick up from, ideally 2 days in advance.
