GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OVOCNÝ SVĚTOZOR ESHOP
Introductory information
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understood their contents, have no objections to them and agree with them; at the same time, these Terms and Conditions become a contractual agreement between you and the company Hájek a Boušová spol s r. o., companynumber 45316872, with its registered office at Vodičkova 791/39, 110 00 Prague 1, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 7588 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
The Company e-shop enables the ordering of products via the website www.ovocnysvetozor.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Website").
By any use of the Website, but in particular by creating an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as well as the legal requirements regarding the personal dataprotection.
1/ Creating an order
The Company accepts orders every day including holidays – 24 hours a day. The Company reserves the right to temporarily limit the operation of the e-shop or the availability of individual products.
The procedure for creating an order is as follows:

select the branch where you wish to pick up your order

select a product and add it to the cart

in the cart, select the date and time of order collection

agree with the Terms and Conditions and confirm the order

2/ Order cancellation
Cancellation of the order with the same day or the next daycollection is possible no later than 2 hours after placing the order.
Other orders can be canceled no later than 48 hours before the order collection date.
In this case, the customer is entitled to a refund of the full value of the order within 30 days.

3/ Failure to pick up the order
If the order is not picked up within the specified period, the customer is not entitled to a refund.

The personal data protection provided by the Company in this context is ruled by the separate Terms and Conditions set out in the "Rules of the Personal DataProtection" available here.

The Company will make every effort to ensure that all information provided on the Website is always up to date, and if inaccuracies occur in the provision of certain information, the Company apologises in advance for such oversight.
All materials and information contained on the Website are the sole property of the Company, which reserves all rights to the content. The Website may also display a promotion of the services or products provided by the Company or its contractual partners.
The materials and texts contained on the Website may be changed, published or otherwise distributed only with the prior consent of the Company, where the Company reserves the right to make changes and modifications whenever it deems appropriate without prior notice.
